                    2)  2 YEARS TO PAY
                        Down payment: 20% of Total Contract Price
                        Balance: 18% interest per annum
                        To compute:
                                Balance x 0.0499241020 = monthly payment for 24 months

                    3)  6 MONTHS TO PAY
                        Down payment: 30% of Total Contract Price
                        Balance:  0% interest
                        To compute:
                                Balance / 6 months = monthly payment for 6 months

Note: All down payments
can be split up to 3 months (no interest)
         Reservation fee shall be P10,000.00 and deductible to DP

PAG-IBIG LOAN

5. Notarized Certificate of Employment
6. Proof of Billing
7. Marriage Contract (if married)
8. For Filipinos working abroad:
        Special Power of Attorney (Pag-ibig Format HQP-HLF-064) duly authenticated by the Philippine          

        Consulate/Embassy at the country of work.
